CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS PAPER FROM THE LEIDEN MEETING

At the Lorentz workshop which initiated SPARCS, it was decided to try a novel from of conference proceedings, which would consist of a review paper, with contributions from participants at the conference, and any other invited contributors. I think it's fair to say the experiment was a success!

The resulting paper was submitted on 17 June 2012  to the peer-reviewed journal PASA, and was published in March 2013.
